A sizzling, perfectly-done certified Angus beef steak. Mouth watering pan seared sea scallops flavored with lime and cilantro. A cold, refreshing beer with friends after playing the Sunserra golf course. You can look forward to all this at Sunfire Grill restaurant in the Sunserra Clubhouse.

There is a Private Function Room that accommodates 15 to 40 guests. For Receptions & Outdoor Parties 30 to 150 visitors are possible. Some house specialties are Jack Daniels Pepper Steak and Pan-seared scallops with cilantro, ginger & lime. Sunfire prides itself on offering a fresh, high-quality collection of seafood, steak and pasta complimented with a local wine selection that can be enjoyed in our warm, open dining room or out on the scenic covered patio.

Karl Winchester, former Food and Beverage Director of the Oasis Mesquite Bar and Grill at Desert Canyon Golf Resort, brings 30 years of experience and his vision for a casual fine dining bar and grill to Crescent Bar in this exciting new restaurant. Karl graduated from UNLV with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration and trained at the National Cooking Institute at Denver. He and his wife, Dori, have 45 years combined experience in the restaurant industry which adds a level of pride and experience to every plate they serve.

Located on the second floor of the Clubhouse, is Sunfire Express! Brought to you by the same dynamic team behind Sunfire Grill the Express offers take-and-bake pizza and broastec chicken baskets, Starbucks coffee, breakfast items, Blue Bunny ice cream and fresh sandwiches. Open 7am to 5pm, Thursday through Sunday.
